House Overview
Modern detached house with a big garden and several relax areas.
With a strategic location, allows for relaxation and peace, as it´s located on the end of a calm street; at the same time that is located near the highway access, which allows you to easily move on the city and around the island, while avoiding city center traffic confusion.
The house has a bright and luminious living, dining and open kitchen area, that faces the deck area, where you can have outdoor meals, and relax on the lounge area. The bedroom faces the beautiful garden with it´s levender, japonese red acer tree, the cedar hedges and green grass.
It has capacity for 2 people, in a confortable double bed.
It has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, be it breakfast or a more elaborate dinner.
Outside there is a several relax areas around the house and a dining space.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, in the city suburbs, allows you to have a central location and at the same time, peace and silence.
The house is located just two minutes away from the highway, which allows you to move easily around the city and the rest of the island, while avoiding the traffic from the city center. If you want to drive to Funchal center, it´s just 10 minutes away.
The Madeira Shopping, (the biggest shopping center on the island) is located 5 minutes away, as well as several restaurants, cafes, supermarket, etc: in the Madalenas area.

The entire house has a modern and minimalist decoration, predominantly in white, with a few touches of wood, color and some greenery.
The lighting was also thought out in detail, to allow different types of lighting and experience, depending on the situation. From all the lights on, to the indirect lighting on the ceiling, there is an appropriate light combination.
Move around easily
With a car, you quickly have access to the highway, which makes this location perfect for exploring the city while avoiding the city center confusion. The highway also is the primary road on great part of the south coast, so you can move around easily.
Either you´re driving to the city center, or into the mountains (like Pico do Areeiro), or go to Madeira Shopping, this location is ideal.
Also, if you´re exploring other parts of the town, the entrance to the highway going to Ribeira Brava and Câmara de Lobos is also very close, as the one that goes to Santa Cruz, the airport and Machico.
