We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please review our cancellation terms below:

This Policy only applies to direct bookings, made through our website www.thejolie.pt
For booking made on OTAs ( Online Travel Agencies), like booking.com or Airbnb, the cancellation policies are different, and not so flexible. You can find more details on our listings on each of those platforms.

  • Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will be charged 100%.
  • If you cancel after check-in, any unused nights are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are processed according to the payment method used, which may be out of our control, and has their own schedule, costs and refund policy.

  • Extenuating circumstances may qualify for special consideration.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you’re concerned about unexpected changes to your travel plans.
