The parking lot entrance is 50 meters away from the Jolie apartments.

To access the parking lot, you´ll need a card from us. It will be inside the safebox on the entrance of the The Jolie´s building, along with the room keys.

If you need help related with the parking, you need to contact the parking owners, which is the Aqua Natura Studios. You can either press the yellow button on the entrance, next to the barrier, or go to the reception.
This reception is open until 23h. After that, if you need help, you need to walk down the street and go to the Aqua Natura Madeira reception, where´s there´s a 24h recepcionist.

Yes, the parking has surveillance cameras. However, you´re responsible for your belongings and for driving safe inside the lot.

There´s hundreds of parking places, so it should be very rare to happen. If it does, we ask you to wait until some car exits, and free a spot for you.

No. This is a public parking, owned by another company and not related to The Jolie. For our guests convenience, we pay a monthly subscription to access the parking lot.

After you pick up your car, please return the card to the mailbox, on the entrance of the building. We appreciate your cooperation :)

No, you can park in any place that you want (except the ones reserved for drivers with mobility issues)
