Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please review our cancellation terms below:

Standard Policy (Moderate):

• Full refund for cancellations made up to 45 days before check-in.

• If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

• If you cancel less than 21 days before check-in, you will be charged 100%.

• If you cancel after check-in, any unused nights are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

• Refunds are processed according to the payment method used, which may be out of our control, and has their own schedule and refund policy.

• Extenuating circumstances may qualify for special consideration.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you’re concerned about unexpected changes to your travel plans.
